1. Log in to Pipedrive and go to your Contacts (contact card icon) on the left-hand side.

2. Click the green + Person button.

3. On the pop-up screen, add the person's first and last name, their organization (which will automatically be added to your Organization contacts list), a label, phone number, and email.

4. If you know the person's preference for marketing emails, you can change that on the quick add screen. (If not, leave it as "no consent." If they receive an email from you and unsubscribe, "unsubscribed" will update automatically.)

5. Choose the owner of the contact. Add the deal stage and the correlating internal ID (if they are connected to a deal.)

6. Lastly, choose your visibility preference and click Save.

7. When you click on a contact, you can easily add notes, schedule calls or emails, and upload files or documents directly from the contact.

8. From a contact, you can also create a new deal, simply click on the green "Add new deal button" on the upper right-hand side. 

9. On the bottom-left of the contact, you will see the Organization information and can edit that as well. 

10. Underneath the Organizations section, quickly add leads, deals, and followers.

11. Follow the same process to add Organizations to Pipedrive.

Note: The gear icon on the right-hand side of your contact list will allow you to add and/or remove columns from view if you'd like to show more or less on your contact screen.
