Check out the Leads inbox feature on Pipedrive!


Log in to Pipedrive and click on the leads (target icon) icon.  

  • The list you see is your leads inbox. Change which columns are in view by clicking the gear icon on the right-hand side.

  • Quickly change the label for a new lead by clicking on the lead name. (You can have more than one label per lead.) Note: if the lead comes from your website, the label assigned will correlate with the form that the lead filled out. 

  • Clean up your inbox by archiving old leads. Simply check the box to the left of the leads you'd like to archive and click "Archive" on the top panel. You can find your archived leads by clicking the archive icon (next to inbox) also on the top panel. 

  • Note: the source is automatically generated by the lead's origin and cannot be changed. If you'd like to specify more (differentiate between websites, etc..), click into the lead and scroll down to "Source of Inquiry" to choose a more specific source. 

  • Add a new lead by clicking the green + Lead button on the top of the page. In the quick add pop-up, enter as many details as you can to capture your lead info.

  • When you click on a lead, from that page, you can add notes (anything in a yellow box throughout Pipedrive is an internal note), schedule an activity, send an email or convert them to a deal. 

  • Also when you click on a lead, look at the "history" on the bottom right to see a copy of any emails/notes, etc... related to that lead.

  • Back on the inbox screen, on the left-hand side, feel free to look through the "Leadbooster," "Add-ons," and "Integrations" options in Pipedrive. Some are free features and some are paid add-ons to generate new leads.
