Search bar:
* The search bar is at the top of every page within Pipedrive. Quickly find what you're looking for by typing what you need to find in the search bar (person/organization/listing title, etc..) and then either looking through the search list (icons on the left-hand side correlate to categories within Pipedrive) or click on the category (left-hand side) to narrow down your results.

Filtering:
* The filter feature is also on every page within Pipedrive. (On the right-hand side, click the 3 horizontal lines in a downward, triangle shape.) 

  • To find all buyers interested in a specific industry: Within contacts > click on the Filter tab > click "Filters" on the far-right > click "+ Add new filter" at the bottom of the list.
  • Add conditions to the top box (match ALL of these conditions): "Person" > "industries of interest" > "is" > [fill in your desired industry]. Add your filter name, choose whether it is private/shared, choose whether you want to save the set columns for that list, and click "Save." Note: you can copy this list by clicking the edit button next to the list name (pencil icon), changing the industry of interest, renaming the filter, and selecting "Save as new."

  • To find all buyers for a specific listing: Within deals > click on the Filter tab > click "Filters" on the far-right > click "+ Add new filter" at the bottom of the list.
  • Add conditions to the top box (match ALL of these conditions): "Deal" > "pipeline" > "is" > "buyers" and then add another condition in the same section: "Deal" > "title" > "starts with" > [fill in your buyer's internal title]. Add your filter name (Example: [Listing Name] Buyers), choose whether it is private/shared, choose whether you want to save the set columns for that list, and click "Save."
  • You will now see all of the buyers for that particular listing. If you would like to see a list view, click the 4 horizontal lines icon on the left-hand side.
  • Once you're in the list view, if you'd like to add more columns of information (such as the stage), click on the gear icon on the right-hand side and click what columns you'd like to view or not view and click save. Note: If you see any rows in red, those deals have been marked as lost.
  • In order to send a group email, select the entire list by clicking the square to the left of "Title" or choose your recipients individually and then click "Send group email on the top." (Keep in mind: Pipedrive email will send up to 100 emails at a time. And more than that will go out in separate batches of up to 100.) Choose a template if you already have one set up or create your own email, then once you're done editing, click the green "send # messages" button on the bottom to send your email.
  • Note: you can copy your list by clicking the edit button next to the list name (pencil icon), changing the deal's "[fill in your buyer's internal title]info, renaming the filter, and selecting "Save as new."
