Would you like to change the wording of your automated email templates? You've come to the right place! See the steps below or watch our short video.



1. Log in to Pipedrive and click on your sales inbox/email icon.

2. Click on the green "+ New email" button on the top left-hand side.

3. Click on "Choose template" under the subject line.

4. All of the emails we have set up for you are listed there and they are tied to your automations. (The unlock icon next to a template means it is shared with everyone in your company.)

5. Scroll to the bottom of the list and click "manage templates."

6. Click on the email you wish to edit.

7. You can change/edit/delete/add to any of the wording within the email and subject line as long as you do not change the "Template name" or the pre-populated fields within the email.

8. Once you make your changes, click the green "save button" and all emails from that point on will go out with the new template.

9. Note: Do not delete any of Deal Studio's email templates or your automated emails will not be sent. However, you can add your own templates. To do that, click the green "Add new template" button on the top left of the pop-up screen.

10. Give your new template a name, type the subject and body of the email. Choose whether you want it to be shared with everyone in your company or kept private for your use only.

11. Click save when you are finished and your email template is now in your list and ready to use.
